Drill King International is a leading provider of DTH Hammers engineered for precision and efficiency in demanding drilling environments. The DK Hammer Series spans 2" to 24", delivering high-frequency, premium-alloy performance for mining, construction, water well, quarrying, and exploration drilling, with hole diameters from 2¾" to 42". Every hammer shares the same core design, differing only in scale to suit varying hole sizes and ground conditions. This range ensures a Drill King hammer is matched to virtually any drilling requirement and compressor output.

When it comes to drilling precision and efficiency, Drill King International stands as a leader in the industry, offering a comprehensive range of DTH Hammers tailored to meet the toughest demands. Every hammer in the DK Series shares the same high-frequency design and premium-alloy construction — the difference is scale. From compact 2″ hammers built for tight water well and geotechnical bores, to 24″ giants engineered for large-diameter blast holes and foundation shafts, there’s a Drill King hammer matched to your hole size, ground conditions, and compressor output.

From residential loop fields to large-scale geothermal installations, our tools are trusted to deliver precise, efficient boreholes on the first pass.
Hammer size is selected based on your target hole diameter, ground conditions, and compressor capacity. As a general rule, each hammer size drills a range of hole diameters slightly larger than its nominal bore — for example, a 6″ hammer typically runs bits from roughly 6¾” to 8″. Our team can confirm the right size and shank configuration for your rig and application.
Smaller hammers (2″ to 5″) are typically used for water well, geotechnical, and blast-hole drilling where hole diameters and rig air capacity are limited. Mid-range hammers (6″ to 12″) cover most mining, quarrying, and foundation work. Large-diameter hammers (15″ to 24″) are built for high-volume production drilling, large-diameter blast holes, and heavy foundation or shaft applications.
