Wing King
4½" – 36" casing (115 – 914 mm)
Cased holes through the toughest overburden. Cam-actuated wings open on rotation to cut a hole slightly larger than the casing OD, so the pipe follows the bit down without restriction.

Ring Bit
4" – 24" casing (102 – 610 mm)
Precision casing through overburden. A heavy-duty ring bit, casing shoe and locking pilot bit form one oversized cutting face that pulls the casing down behind it.

Why Drill King?
Borehole Stability
Prevents collapse in fractured rock, loose gravels and unconsolidated overburden by casing as you drill, not after.
One-Pass Efficiency
Eliminates the separate drilling and casing stages required by conventional methods, reducing project timelines and cost.
Flexible Casing Retention
Choose permanent (left-in-hole) or retrieved casing depending on project and engineering requirements.
Compatible With Your Fleet
Designed to pair with Drill King's full range of DTH hammers and most industry-standard casing pipe.

Industry Applications
Foundation & Pile Drilling
Stable, cased holes through fill and overburden for building, bridge and infrastructure foundations.
Anchoring & Underpinning
Accurate cased holes for ground anchors and underpinning where loose ground would otherwise collapse.
Water Well Drilling
Case through unconsolidated overburden to reach the aquifer and bedrock in a single pass.
Geothermal Wells
Mineral Exploration
Get through difficult overburden quickly so drilling can continue into the target formation.
Site Investigation
Reliable cased boreholes for geotechnical investigation in mixed and unstable ground.
