Just-In-Time Manufacturing

To meet increasing global demand, DKI has implemented Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing principles — a lean production methodology originally developed in the aerospace industry to reduce waste and improve responsiveness.

Through JIT scheduling combined with strategically maintained inventory levels, we’re able to ship most stock items within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Private-Label Manufacturing

DKI also offers private-label manufacturing for distribution partners. Products are manufactured to order and finished — including custom coatings and paint — to the customer’s specifications.

Finished goods ship directly from our facility to the end user under the partner’s own brand identity, with no DKI markings appearing on the product or packaging.
